convenient location pool bar clean gym
the location is very convenient, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. a tram stop is behind the building, it allowed for easy travel. the pool bar offered great service and food. the gym was spacious and clean. heated pool was available.
the elevators are slow.

excellent stay near the beach
great location lounge options
i appreciated the excellent location with easy access to jumeirah beach. the breakfast was great with many options for every taste. it was awesome to have nice lounge options.

Excellent Stay with Amazing Amenities
easy access short walk large balcony club lounge
the location provides easy access to bars and restaurants , all within a short walk. the tram stop behind the hotel made travel convenient. our one bedroom suite included a large balcony, two toilets, and two showers. the club lounge provided great service with really good afternoon tea and evening cocktails.
the elevators were sometimes slow , and there were occasional waits during peak times.

the hotel boasts on-site restaurants that offer diverse cuisine options and cater to different tastes , and the well-equipped gym includes modern machines for cardio and strength training. dedicated areas for stretching.

the staff was courteous and made check-in smooth , setting a positive tone. the housekeeping team kept the room clean and tidy throughout my stay. i found the staff helpful and friendly in every location in the hotel , which enhanced my experience.

long wait loud music
the elevators were an ABSOLUTE joke. i sometimes waited 10 minutes. the worst thing was a private wedding occupied the outdoor pool areas. it was from 4pm and made it impossible for hotel guests to access this for half the day. the music was LOUD until midnight. i couldn't sleep.
